Implementing Drupal in a large organization presents challenges not typical of standalone implementations. Integration with enterprise infrastructure can turn a simple development effort into a complex multi-disciplinary project. This session will help you avoid the pitfalls of enterprise scale projects, and produce high value results by applying architectural discipline.

Techniques for modeling the system to be built, identifying risks, and defining success criteria will be explored. After this session you will be able to address the concerns of relevant stakeholders by defining project requirements and constraints efficiently and precisely.

Simple blueprints for integration with IT services, as well as compliance with security and service management standards will be discussed.
